We would like to give you a glimpse into who these employees are, and how their expertise translates into success for our partners.

Dave Grammas discusses what he does at Keypath, why he loves it, and how the Web Developer role is integral to creating engaging student experiences online:

What are your key responsibilities?

I'm part of Keypath's learning design and development team. My main duties are creating modern, responsive, and accessible "interactives" or interactive online learning elements听that any and all students will enjoy and engage with. Web standards, web accessibility, and innovation are very important aspects of my job.

What kind of skills do you need to be a Web Developer?

Typical HTML/CSS and Javascript are must-have skills. The ability to teach yourself is also crucial but, most of all, you need to be able to problem-solve. Other small skills are needed too such as DevOps, photoshop, and design. This role supports our Instructional Designers as they work collaboratively with university faculty to create engaging online degree courses.

Why is your role important at Keypath?

As a Web Developer, we create interactive pieces for online courses that make Keypath courses better than any other online courses in the world. We make sure they are modern, accessible from any device, and enjoyable to learn through. We make online learning fun!

What do you enjoy most about your role?

Enjoy being able to create things every day. I am able to be creative while challenging my brain to learn by doing. Most of all, I like working with our brilliant Instructional Designers. Collaborating with them to create amazing interactive learning elements听is always fun.

What do you enjoy most about working at Keypath?

My co-workers. Whether it is working with them in a collaborative sense or seeing them around the office and at company events, they are hands-down the nicest and most fun group of people I have had the pleasure of working with.
